Our Lacto Fermented Raw Pollen1 is inspired by natural fermentation processes used by the bees themselves. A unique and intensive nootropic, rich in bee products and ideal for strengthening mental and physical performance.
After years of observing hive behavior and more than 10 years of research in natural fermentation, we have reproduced the same process of pollen transformation used by the bees themselves.
Bees do not eat nectar or pollen directly, they instead mix and naturally transform it via complex enzymatic and fermentation processes, achieved using bacteria native to the hive. These microorganisms form an important part of bee health, helping them create everything they need to survive winters and flourish during warmer months.
In our artisanal fermentation space, we have recreated the natural process of bees, in a sustainable and effective fashion. With our expertise and understanding of bee products, we developed a technique that allows for a safe and slow fermentation of raw pollen and honey by the natural lactic bacteria. This results in supercharged preparation, rich in active both from these bee products and the fermentation itself.

A slow, manual fermentation results in magic : raw pollen reacts with water, honey, and natural bacteria.
This process is inspired by the fermentation of pollen used by the bees to make "bee bread", one of the most important food sources in the hive.
