How to use

Blow your nose before using.
Gently insert the nozzle into each nostril, pressing down briefly to spray.
Wait a few seconds before blowing your nose again.
Use up to 4 times a day as needed.
After use, clean the nozzle with warm water, close the cap, and store it back in the box.
